What we collect through this website

Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, company or property name, service selection, and message you provide. We use these details only to respond to your request and prepare a proposal or walkthrough.

Estimate requests. If you use the online estimator and request a walkthrough, we save the answers you entered (property details, cleaning preferences), your contact details, and the estimate shown, so we can follow up accurately. Files you optionally upload (photos or floor plans) are stored and shared only with the Capos team reviewing your request.

Client accounts. Client portal accounts use an email address and password. Passwords are stored by our website platform in encrypted form and are not visible to Capos Cleaning staff.

Who processes the data

This website is hosted and its forms, account system, and file storage are operated by our website platform provider. Submissions from the contact form are delivered to Capos Cleaning by email. We do not sell your information.

Marketing consent

Submitting a quote request or contact form is used only to follow up on that request. We do not automatically add you to email or SMS marketing lists. If we ever offer an opt-in newsletter, it will be a separate, clearly optional choice.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. This section will be updated, with the owner's confirmation, to describe any analytics or cookie controls that are actually in place.
