Draft for owner and attorney review. Do not publish until the owner has confirmed the details and legal review is complete. These terms cover website use only; service agreements are issued separately in writing.

Use of this website

This website is provided by Capos Cleaning for information about our services and for requesting estimates and walkthroughs. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to access private areas without authorization.

Estimates are not binding quotes

Price ranges shown by the online estimator are preliminary and calculated automatically from the answers you provide. They are not a service agreement or a final quote. Final pricing is issued in a written proposal after a walkthrough confirms the scope.

Client accounts

Access to the client portal is issued by Capos Cleaning. Account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
